1. How we use cookies
Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Dirijor uses cookies for secure sign-in and private registration access, and local storage to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. This notice record lasts for 180 days and does not control chat.
2. Website chat
Tawk.to loads when you open chat on a public website page, without a separate cookie choice. Once opened, it stays connected as you browse public pages, including when you minimize chat. It receives your IP address, browser and device details and pages visited, and processes the messages and details you enter. Its cookies and storage help maintain connections and continue conversations.
Chat is excluded from registration, sign-in and account pages. We do not currently load separate advertising or analytics tools on the public website. Tawk.to’s policy provides further details about its storage and processing.
3. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect sign-in, registration access or chat. Cookie settings in the footer provides a general notice and a link to this policy; it does not switch website chat off.
Clearing site storage may show the notice again. If your browser cannot save the notice, dismissal applies to the current page only. Deleting cookies does not delete previously sent chat messages; contact us for a separate data request.
