Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account authority

Organization accounts are intended for legal entities registered in Azerbaijan. A person registering or managing an account must be authorized to act for that organization. Submit complete and accurate information, provide requested verification documents and keep company and representative details current.

Application approval is subject to our review and screening process. Approval allows an eligible organization to access the applicable trial or choose a subscription; it does not by itself confirm a paid subscription or approval by a payment provider.

2. Using Dirijor

We grant authorized users access to the features available under their organization’s subscription, permissions and service agreement. The organization is responsible for its users, entered data, lawful instructions and the rights needed to process tenant and owner information.

Protect sign-in credentials and verification codes. Do not share accounts, access another organization’s information, upload unlawful content, interfere with security or use the service for fraud. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Trials and subscription selection

Eligible approved organizations receive the trial offered at registration, subject to the displayed duration and limits. A trial does not activate online tenant-payment collection. The organization’s authorized account manager selects a paid subscription and payment term and completes the required payment.

Dirijor staff may manage the plan catalogue and account restrictions but do not choose or activate a paid plan on the customer’s behalf. Paid access starts when the applicable payment has been confirmed and account requirements are met.

4. Pricing and invoices

The subscription consists of a fixed platform fee plus progressive unit charges, unless a separate written offer states otherwise. Each unit rate applies only within its published band. Prices, currency, payment terms and available prepaid discounts are shown before purchase.

Platform fees are prepaid for the selected term. Annual or other prepaid discounts apply to the platform fee; unit usage is calculated and invoiced monthly at the applicable rates. A unit counts once if it was active at any time in the billable month. Later deactivation or deletion does not erase past billable activity.

Published price changes apply to existing subscriptions from the next unpaid billing period under the applicable pricing rules. Already-paid periods and issued invoices are preserved. Any applicable tax and the amount payable are identified in the offer or invoice. Report a disputed charge promptly so we can investigate and make any necessary correction without rewriting financial history.

5. Payments and tenant collection

Use the payment methods made available for your subscription. A bank transfer or another agreed non-cash settlement counts when it is verified and allocated to the invoice. A browser success page, payment screenshot or unverified transfer instruction is not confirmation of settlement.

The commission for collecting tenant fees online is separate from the Dirijor subscription. The applicable collection commission and payment-provider conditions must be shown or agreed before the service is used. Online collection requires an eligible paid account and any required acquiring-provider approval. Dirijor is not a bank or a substitute for the acquiring provider.

6. Overdue balances, restrictions and cancellation

Invoices must be settled by the stated due date. Access may be restricted after the applicable grace period. Payment-related restrictions are lifted after the overdue balance has been fully settled and confirmed. Independent security, screening or legal holds may remain until separately resolved.

We may suspend access when necessary to address suspected fraud, a material breach, a security incident or a legal requirement. Contact us to resolve a restriction, request cancellation, arrange an export or discuss a billing correction or refund. Cancellation does not erase charges already incurred; any refund or credit is determined by the applicable agreement and law.

7. Data, intellectual property and service availability

The organization retains its rights in the data it supplies. It authorizes us to process that data to operate, support and secure the service as described in the Privacy Notice and the applicable agreement. Dirijor software, branding and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access or the availability of every feature to every role. Scheduled maintenance, network issues and third-party services can affect access. Property managers remain responsible for their own lease terms, tenant charges, accounting decisions and legally required records.

8. Agreements, changes and disputes

A signed agreement takes priority over these terms for a conflicting provision expressly covered by that agreement. Material changes to a customer’s agreed commercial terms must follow the applicable agreement and notice requirements; publishing a revised page does not retroactively change paid periods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, subject to mandatory rights and any valid jurisdiction provision in a signed agreement.
